Squishmallows 12-Inch Christmas Holiday Puffer Jacket Plush Toy – Galci the Raccoon
This 12-inch Galci the Raccoon plush stands out for its festive puffer jacket design, making it a charming addition to holiday décor and a special gift for collectors. Compared with the smaller Micromallows advent calendar, this plush offers a more substantial cuddling experience and display presence. Its limited holiday edition boosts its collectible value, but availability may be scarce after the season ends, and it caters primarily to those who appreciate unique holiday-themed plush toys. The size is perfect for hugging and display, making it a versatile choice for both kids and plush enthusiasts. However, the specific character appeal may not suit all tastes, and its seasonal nature limits year-round use.
Pros:- Festive holiday design perfect for Christmas décor
- Ideal size for cuddling and display
- Limited edition enhances collectible appeal
- Great gift for kids and plush fans
Cons:- Limited availability due to holiday edition
- Specific character may not appeal to all
Best for: Collectors seeking a festive, limited-edition plush to commemorate the 2025 Christmas season
Not ideal for: Shoppers wanting a plush toy with ongoing play value beyond the holidays or a character they prefer more broadly
- Size:12 inches
- Design:Festive puffer jacket for 2025 Christmas
- Character:Galci the Raccoon
- Edition:Limited holiday edition
Our verdict“This plush is best suited for those wanting a seasonal keepsake that doubles as a cuddly holiday decoration.”
Squishmallows 8-Inch Jack Skellington Holiday Plush
This 8-inch Jack Skellington plush makes a delightful gift for fans of Nightmare Before Christmas and those who enjoy smaller, easily portable plush toys. Its soft, squishy feel makes it perfect for cuddling and imaginative play, especially during the holiday season. Compared to the larger Nick the Santa Claus plush, Jack Skellington’s more compact size makes it a better fit for younger children or those limited on space. However, its size limits it as a display piece for collectors who prefer larger, more detailed plushes. Its Halloween-Christmas theme suits seasonal décor but may not be versatile for year-round display, and it’s primarily a collector’s item or seasonal gift.
Pros:- Soft, squishy, and highly collectible
- Perfect for cuddling and imaginative play
- Great gift for Nightmare Before Christmas fans
- Compact size for easy display or travel
Cons:- Limited to 8-inch size, less display impact
- Primarily themed for holiday or Halloween décor
Best for: Fans of Nightmare Before Christmas looking for a cute, portable holiday plush
Not ideal for: Collectors seeking larger, more detailed plush displays or those wanting year-round decor
- Size:8 inches
- Character:Jack Skellington
- Theme:Nightmare Before Christmas
- Model Name:SQDI00843
- UPC:191726807544
- Age Range:3 years and up
Our verdict“Ideal for Nightmare Before Christmas enthusiasts wanting a cute, seasonal plush that’s easy to carry around.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
This 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus plush offers a larger, cuddly size that appeals to those who want a more substantial holiday companion. Its ultrasoft, high-quality material makes it ideal for hugging and display, especially for fans of Santa or unique holiday characters. Compared with the 8-inch Jack Skellington, Nick provides more presence and comfort, making it perfect for kids who love large plush toys or as a holiday centerpiece. Its Santa theme in a playful Hawaiian shirt adds personality, but the size may be less suitable for small children or limited space. Despite its plush appeal, it lacks additional features beyond its character design, limiting its versatility beyond cuddling and collection.
Pros:- Soft and high-quality material for cuddling
- Unique Santa character with a fun theme
- Perfect size for hugging or display
- Official Squishmallows product with authenticity seal
Cons:- May be too large for small children
- No extra features beyond plush character
Best for: Families or individuals seeking a sizeable, soft Santa plush for holiday decor and cuddling
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting smaller, more portable plush toys or those with limited space
- Size:14 inches
- Character:Nick the Santa Claus
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“Best for those who want a sizable, plush Santa to add warmth and charm to holiday décor or cuddle time.”
Squishmallows 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar features 24 miniature 2.5-inch Micromallows plush toys, including characters like Brooke the Polar Bear and Manny the Snowman. Its daily surprise format makes it a fun countdown to Christmas, especially appealing for families or children who enjoy daily unboxing and collecting. Compared to the 4-pack holiday set, this calendar offers a broader variety of characters, but its small size might limit appeal for those seeking larger plushes or display pieces. It excels as a seasonal décor or gift, but isn’t suitable for everyday cuddling or extensive play. Its focus on holiday characters makes it ideal for seasonal collectors or as a festive gift for kids.
Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed plush toys
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Perfect for holiday countdown and collection
- Engages children with daily surprises
Cons:- Small size may not appeal to all collectors
- Limited to holiday characters
- Primarily a seasonal décor or gift
Best for: Parents or gift-givers seeking a daily holiday countdown with collectible plush surprises
Not ideal for: Those wanting larger plush toys or for year-round display, as the tiny size limits use
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows plush toys
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“A delightful choice for families wanting a daily festive experience and collectible plush surprises during the holidays.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This holiday 4-pack includes four different plush characters—Maritza the Cactus, Stevon the Golden Retriever, Clayton the Blue Cow, and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte—each crafted from ultrasoft, high-quality plush. It offers a cost-effective way to add multiple characters to a collection or give a variety of gifts. Compared with the 8-inch Jack Skellington or Nick Santa, this set provides more characters for the same price, making it a solid option for collectors or those wanting to diversify their plush lineup quickly. However, the limited to holiday-themed characters and lack of size details could be drawbacks for buyers seeking more variety or larger plushes. This set works best for seasonal gifting or starting a holiday collection.
Pros:- Includes four different characters for variety
- Soft and high-quality plush material
- Official Jazwares product, exclusive to Amazon
- Great value for multiple plush toys
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters
- No size specifications provided
- Only available as a 4-pack
Best for: Budget-conscious collectors or gift-givers wanting a variety of holiday plushes in one purchase
Not ideal for: Those seeking larger plush toys or non-seasonal characters, as only holiday-themed options are included
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Material:Ultrasoft, high-quality plush
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“Ideal for those wanting a bundle of holiday plushes at a reasonable price to expand their collection or gift multiple characters.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This festive 4-pack stands out for offering a variety of holiday-themed characters, making it ideal for gift-givers who want multiple plushies at once. Compared with the single-character options like the Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log, this set provides more variety, though it limits the ability to focus on a favorite character. The plush material is ultrasoft and cuddly, perfect for holiday snuggling, but the set’s limited to seasonal characters, so it might not appeal beyond the holidays. While it offers great value, the absence of size details means you can’t judge how big each plush is—likely smaller than the 10-inch Richie Axolotl. Overall, this makes the most sense for families or collectors seeking a festive starter pack without a high price tag.
Pros:- Soft and cuddly plush material perfect for hugging
- Includes four different characters for variety
- Festive holiday-themed characters add seasonal charm
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters, reducing year-round appeal
- No size information makes it hard to gauge plush dimensions
Best for: Parents or gift-givers looking for an affordable, festive plush set for children or holiday decor.
Not ideal for: Collectors wanting a specific character or those seeking larger, more durable plush for year-round display.
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
Our verdict“This set is ideal for holiday gifting and adding a seasonal touch to plush collections.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log Plush
This 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log plush makes a charming holiday collectible, especially for those who prefer a smaller size for display or gifting. Unlike the larger 10-inch Richie Axolotl, this plush is more compact, making it easier to add to a holiday shelf or tree. Its ultrasoft material and festive Yule Log design deliver cozy appeal, but the limited size means it’s less suitable for cuddling or travel. The unique bio and official status add to its collectible value, but the seasonal theme restricts year-round use. Compared to bulkier plush options, this pick emphasizes holiday decor and small-scale gifting, making it perfect for fans of seasonal collectibles.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush for cuddling
- Festive holiday design adds seasonal charm
- Official Squishmallows product with unique bio
Cons:- Limited size reduces versatility for play
- Only available in holiday-themed design
Best for: Collectors or holiday decorators seeking a small, adorable seasonal plush.
Not ideal for: Children or those wanting a larger plush for cuddling or travel, due to its compact size.
- Size:8 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Holiday/Yule Log
Our verdict“This plush is best for holiday decor or as a collectible piece for seasonal display.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar offers 24 tiny 2.5-inch Micromallows plush toys, making it perfect for holiday countdown fans who want a daily surprise. Compared to the larger 8-inch Fleur plush, these Micromallows are miniature, appealing to collectors or those who enjoy small, daily gifts. Each tiny plush features an iconic character like Benny the Bigfoot or Cam the Cat, adding to its collectibility. However, the small size limits its appeal for children seeking plush for cuddling, and it’s only relevant during the holiday season. This calendar appeals most to those who enjoy festive traditions and collecting seasonal miniatures, but it might be less engaging for casual plush fans.
Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed plush toys
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Compact size ideal for gifting or collection
Cons:- Small size may be less appealing for cuddling
- Limited to seasonal use
Best for: Families or collectors who enjoy holiday countdowns and small collectible plush toys.
Not ideal for: Children who prefer larger plush for cuddling or gift recipients seeking year-round decor.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This advent calendar is perfect for holiday countdown enthusiasts and mini plush collectors.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
Similar to the smaller Micromallows calendar, this 24-day advent set offers a festive collection of tiny plush toys like Nick Santa Claus and Manny Snowman. It scores points for its official status and the variety of holiday characters, making it a charming way to count down to Christmas. Unlike larger plush options, these tiny Micromallows are more suited to collectors or fans of seasonal miniatures. The limited size makes it less appealing for kids who want plush to cuddle, but it excels for those who enjoy holiday traditions and collectible sets. This calendar is a thoughtful gift for seasonal enthusiasts, though its size limits its use outside the holidays.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Micromallows
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Great for holiday countdowns and gift-giving
Cons:- Tiny size reduces cuddle potential
- Limited appeal outside Christmas season
Best for: Holiday collectors or families wanting a festive and collectible Christmas countdown.
Not ideal for: Children seeking plush for cuddling or anyone wanting larger, more huggable plush toys.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This advent calendar is best suited for seasonal collectors and holiday countdown fans.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Richie Axolotl Plush
The 10-inch Richie Axolotl plush offers a balance of size and cuddly softness, making it a versatile choice for kids and collectors alike. Compared with the smaller Micromallow calendars, this plush provides more substantial comfort and play value. Its super soft, squeezable material invites endless cuddles, though some children may find the plush too soft or floppy if they prefer more structure for play. Its single-character focus means less variety, but it’s an excellent gift for those who favor a specific character or want a plush that’s easy to travel with. This pick suits those seeking a plush that can serve as both a comfort item and a collectible for year-round enjoyment.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly for hugging
- Encourages imaginative play with a cute character
- Great size for travel or everyday use
Cons:- May be too soft or floppy for some children’s play preferences
- Limited to one character, reducing variety
Best for: Kids or collectors wanting a cuddly, character-specific plush for play and display.
Not ideal for: People seeking larger plush for more active play or those wanting a variety of characters.
- Size:10 inches
- Character:Richie Axolotl
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“This plush is perfect for those wanting a soft, character-focused companion for year-round cuddling.”

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Choosing the right squishmallow for the holidays involves more than just picking a cute plush. Consider size, theme, and price to get the most out of your purchase. Additionally, think about how the plush will be used—whether as a gift, a decor piece, or a collectible. Understanding these factors helps avoid common mistakes like overspending on a plush that’s too large or mismatched to your holiday theme. The right selection balances quality, holiday spirit, and budget, ensuring your plush becomes a cherished part of your celebration.Size and Display
Size plays a crucial role in how your squishmallow will fit into your holiday decor or gift list. Larger plushes, like the 14-inch or 24-inch models, make a bold statement and are perfect as centerpiece gifts or room decor. Smaller options, such as 8-inch plushes or Micromallows, are more affordable and easier to store or gift to multiple recipients. Consider where you plan to display or gift the plush—size should match your available space and intended use to avoid disappointment.
Theme and Design
Holiday themes vary from classic Christmas icons to more niche or spooky designs like Jack Skellington. Think about your personal taste or the recipient’s preferences—cohesive themes can enhance your holiday decor, while eclectic sets add playful variety. Some plushes feature intricate details that elevate their festive appeal, but be mindful that highly detailed plushes might require gentle handling. Choosing a theme that matches your existing holiday decor or collection can make your plush stand out more during the season.
Price and Value
Price points for squishmallows range from budget-friendly sets to premium, limited-edition plushes. Sets like the holiday 4-pack offer great value for those wanting variety without breaking the bank, but individual higher-end plushes often feature more detailed craftsmanship and unique designs. Decide whether you want a single standout piece or a collection, and balance your budget accordingly. Keep in mind that investing in a higher-quality plush can mean increased durability and longer-lasting holiday cheer.
Collectibility and Personal Preference
Some squishmallows are designed as limited editions or feature seasonal exclusives, making them appealing to collectors. Think about whether you want a plush that can be part of a growing collection or a one-time gift. Personal preference plays a big role—favoring favorite characters or colors can make your plush more meaningful. Remember that authentic, official squishmallows tend to hold their value better over time, especially if they are seasonal or limited-run items.
Durability and Care
Holiday plush toys are often handled multiple times during celebrations, so durability is key. Look for well-stitched seams and high-quality fabric that can withstand holiday festivities. Consider how easy it will be to clean—many squishmallows are machine washable, which is a plus for keeping them festive and fresh year after year. Avoid plushes with embellishments that might fall off or fragile details that could be damaged during holiday play.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Squishmallows suitable as holiday gifts for children?
Yes, Squishmallows are popular gift options for children due to their softness, safety, and wide variety of themes. They are generally made with child-safe materials and are soft enough for cuddling, making them a comforting holiday gift. However, it’s wise to check the age recommendations on specific plushes, especially for plushes with small parts or embellishments. Overall, their popularity and plush quality make them a safe and appreciated gift for most children during the holiday season.
How do I choose the right size squishmallow for a gift?
Size selection depends on the recipient’s age, space, and purpose. Larger plushes, like 14-inch or 24-inch models, are ideal as statement gifts or room decor but may be less practical for younger children or those with limited space. Smaller options, such as 8-inch plushes, are portable, easier to gift, and suitable for cuddling on the go. Consider what the recipient prefers—if they love to display plush toys prominently, go bigger; for everyday cuddles, smaller sizes work well.
Are limited-edition holiday squishmallows worth the extra cost?
Limited-edition holiday squishmallows often feature unique designs and are highly sought after by collectors, meaning they can hold or even increase in value over time. If you’re a collector or want a special keepsake, investing in these plushes can be worthwhile. However, if your primary goal is a cuddly gift or holiday decor, standard plushes often meet those needs at a lower price point. Weigh whether the exclusivity and potential long-term value justify the higher cost for your situation.
Can I safely wash my squishmallow holiday plush?
Most Squishmallows are machine washable, which is a significant advantage for holiday plush toys that might get dirty from handling or decorations. Always check the care label, but generally, washing on a gentle cycle and air drying helps maintain their softness and shape. Proper cleaning extends the plush’s lifespan, making them a reliable holiday gift or decor year after year. Avoid harsh detergents or high heat, as these can damage the fabric or shape.
What should I consider when buying a squishmallow for a collector?
Collectors should focus on authenticity, exclusivity, and condition. Only purchase official squishmallows to ensure quality and value. Limited editions, seasonal releases, and special holiday designs tend to be more desirable, especially if still in mint condition. It’s also smart to keep packaging intact if possible, as unopened plushes often hold more value. Researching rarity and release history can help you make informed decisions and build a more valuable collection over time.
Conclusion
For general holiday gifting, the Squishmallows 12-Inch Christmas Puffer Jacket Plush Toy—Galci the Raccoon offers a versatile and festive choice, making it ideal for most buyers. Budget-conscious shoppers will appreciate the Holiday 4-Pack sets for variety and value, while collectors or those seeking a special keepsake might prefer limited editions like Jack Skellington or exclusive Micromallows calendars. Beginners should consider smaller, softer plushes for ease of handling, whereas experienced collectors might prioritize unique or rare designs. Ultimately, your choice depends on your budget, recipient’s preferences, and intended use—there’s a perfect squishmallow holiday pick for every type of buyer this season.
